WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of HR employee lifecyle support across our global workforce. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our HR function and involves working closely with colleagues within HR, as well as supporting all internal stakeholders.
As part of an international HR team supporting approximately 500 employees across 20 countries, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Lifecycle Support
1. Coordinate and administer all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal transfers, contractual changes, and offboarding.
