If you join us, you will need to:
1. Take ownership of our QA process and continue to improve it.
2. Build close relationships with clients and remote team members.
3. Build and execute test plans covering both functional and regression testing.
4. Ensure the products we build meet the quality requirements set at the start.
5. Create the overall testing strategy for both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Work closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality products to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
1. Comfortable with working within a small specialised team and owning the QA process.
2. A proactive and confident communicator.
3. A collaborative team player - you will work closely with our designers and developers and directly with our clients.
4. Analytical - you should be comfortable gathering and analysing information for timely decision-making and problem-solving to create the best products.
5. Comfortable with pushing back and saying “No” when required.
6. Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.
7. An ideas person with a hands-on approach.
8. Incredibly organised, with solid software testing skills.
What we can offer you in return:
1. A fully-remote, flexible and highly-collaborative working environment.
2. Benefits include pension, training budget and annual bonus.
3. The opportunity to play a vital role in our business and shape our processes.
4. The chance to work on exciting products across all market verticals.
