We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Conveyancer. You will have at least 4 years qualified experience in residential conveyancing and any commercial experience is an advantage. The role will be managing a small team on a day-to-day basis. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the business in this area.
Responsibilities
1. Provide freehold and leasehold services in the following areas:
1. Freehold and Leasehold residential sales and purchases
2. Voluntary and statutory lease extensions
3. Transfers of equity
4. New build sales and purchases
5. Shared-ownership sales and purchases
2. Manage a small team on a day-to-day basis
3. Provide verbal and written advice to clients
4. Be proficient with the use of LMS and Lender Exchange
5. Keep up to date with SDLT rules and guidance and the Lenders Handbook
6. Keep compliant files
7. Meet clients and take instructions on complex matters
8. Manage billing and meet individual and team targets
Requirements
1. Have at least 4 years qualified experience
2. CQS trained (or be willing to obtain CQS training on joining)
3. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
5. Prior experience mentoring and/or training other team members
6. Prior experience managing a small team (preferably with experience of managing both a team and personal)

Pay: From £50,220.00 to £75,220.00 per year (depending on experience), 32 days holiday (including bank holidays), an extra day off for your Birthday. Pension scheme.
