HR Manager / HR Lead
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Benefits: Excellent benefits package, including a Local Government Pension
Location: Bury Head Office 3 days, 1 day travelling to other sites in Bury, 1 day WFH per week
Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for driving positive change? Our client is looking for an experienced HR Lead / HR Manager to join their team and play a key role in shaping the future of HR in the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with senior leaders to embed best HR practices across the organisation.
What You’ll Do:
* Oversee and enhance HR systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
* Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on HR matters, supporting their development.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making to align with organisational goals.
* Lead on key HR initiatives, including employee relations, policy development, and talent management.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.

* Proven experience in an HR role with autonomy.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and how to optimise their use.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to coach and guide senior leaders on HR policies and people management.
