Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary; however, comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.
Duration of Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months.
Hours per week: Up to 28 hours per week.

We have a vacancy for the Contracts Administrator role. In this position, you will be required to ensure that the Contracts Team’s work with universities, funders, commercial, and governmental entities is progressed in a timely manner so that the Business & Innovation office can facilitate the complex requirements of the scientific research undertaken by the Institute. You will proactively progress finalized contracts to signature within specified timeframes with internal and external stakeholders by managing the Contracts inbox, including reviewing contract requests via email and internal contract request forms, prioritizing, and allocating contracts to the Contracts Team.
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to deal with a high workload. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and detailed work with minimum supervision, along with experience of working in a complex organization.

The Business and Innovation Office provides expertise to the ICR in all aspects of intellectual property management and commercialization, as well as contractual and commercial aspects of interactions between our scientists and industry.
