With over 30 years of experience and a strong industry reputation, we are expanding our client portfolio and seeking an experienced B2B digital marketing executive to help drive growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic digital marketeer with a deep understanding of B2B professional services marketing:
1. Audience profiling to refine our target market
2. Content creation that engages and converts
3. Multi-channel management (website, email, LinkedIn, and more)
4. Lead generation to support business growth
Working closely with our founders, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan, measuring its effectiveness, and building a highly targeted audience, leveraging the strength of the Gadby brand and reputation.
What you'll Need - knowledge and tools
1. CRM: HubSpot or similar
2. Web Platforms: preferably WordPress
3. Design and Content: Adobe Suite or similar digital creation tools
4. Social Media and Lead Gen: LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
Experience
1. 1 - 2 years in a B2B digital marketing role
2. Focused on lead generation and raising company profile
3. Strong copywriting skills
4. Experience creating a portfolio of digital marketing collateral
5. Managed and grown a database of prospects
6. Understanding of consultancy organisations
7. Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing plans (web, email, social)

2. Proactive approach with strong planning and problem-solving ability
3. Analytical mindset to track campaign effectiveness using key metrics - tracking lead creation and ultimately sales conversion
4. Design capability to create brand-aligned content
5. Ability to engage and work closely with a small team of founders
Practicalities
1. The role is hybrid
2. The quoted salary is an FTE equivalent and would be pro-rata'd to reflect part-time working
