Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Forecasting and budgeting with great insights on operations.
* Month-end processes including bank reconciliations, journal entries.
* Preparation of year-end financial statements.
* Variance analysis.
* Assisting with audit.
* Operational and management reports.
* Other Ad Hoc activities as requested by the Financial Controller.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have/be:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CA / CPA qualification.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP.
* Previous experience with a large manufacturer or professional practice.
* Ability to come in and hit the ground running.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytic skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
