About the Role As the Finance Assistant, you will manage two weekly payrolls (for under 100 employees across two companies), ensuring accurate processing of timesheets, running payroll reports, and handling payments. You will also manage the sales ledger for three companies, performing credit control duties and addressing sales invoice queries. Youll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, ensuring aged debtors are up to date, and processing payments efficiently. Additionally, you will take on some HR administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Manage the weekly payroll for two companies, including timesheet calculations, updating Sage Payroll, running reports, and processing bank payments. Upload pension scheme contributions to the provider on a weekly basis. Handle the sales ledger across three entities, raising invoices via QuickBooks, uploading sales invoices from the CRM, and posting sales receipts. Issue monthly customer statements and handle queries related to sales invoices. Maintain aged debtor reports, ensuring all transactions are correctly allocated. Perform credit control duties for three companies, ensuring timely payment collections and maintaining customer relationships.
