Description: The Director is a key leader responsible for driving growth, enhancing profitability, and delivering exceptional value to clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and innovation, proven ability to inspire teams, and expertise to guide clients toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
* Align office goals with the overarching Xeinadin vision, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide thought leadership to reduce risk and drive innovation within the office and the wider organisation.
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory standards.
* Perform final reviews of complex client files to guarantee value, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Promote Xeinadin's products and services, leveraging cross-office and referral opportunities.
* Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive, values-driven environment.
* Provide clear leadership and direction, setting performance goals and holding teams accountable.
* Develop and maintain regular communication channels to ensure alignment with Xeinadin’s strategic objectives.
* Model and uphold the highest standards of professional behaviour and ethical conduct.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, generating up to £1M in revenue annually.
* Monitor billing targets and financial performance, addressing underperformance proactively.
* Drive efficiency and profitability through best practices, leveraging technology.
* Ensure effective financial management practices are implemented and adhered to.
* Identify and address risks proactively, implementing appropriate measures.
* Share best practices across the Hub and Group to enhance operational standards.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified ACA / ACCA with 5+ years of experience managing a client portfolio of circa 100 clients from £500k to £18m.
* Strong experience in client-facing meetings.
* Significant experience in preparation of Statutory accounts under FRS 102, UK Corporation tax compliance, self-assessment, PAYE, and VAT.
* Experience in company tax planning.
