Salary: £92.80 – £100 per day
Contract Type: Full-Time (temp to perm)

The Role:
As an Experienced Learning Support Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our educational team, working closely with teachers and other professionals to provide targeted support to students with varying needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in education who is looking to deepen their expertise and take on greater responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help.
2. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs).
3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to teaching staff.
4. Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one interventions to reinforce learning.
5. Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
6. Assist in creating and adapting learning resources to meet diverse student needs.
7. Work closely with parents and caregivers to support student development and progress.
About You:
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about education and driven to help students achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have:
8. Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Education or SEN (Level 3 or higher preferred).
9. Experience: Proven experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SEN and inclusive education practices.
10. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
11. Attributes: A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach, with a genuine passion for supporting student growth and learning.
