As one of the @one Alliance Partners, we are supporting their mission by looking for a SHEQ AMS Coordinator to maintain, enhance, and continuously improve the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) elements of our Alliance Management System (AMS). What will you be doing?
* Managing and maintaining the SHEQ elements of the Alliance Management System (AMS).
* Ensuring compliance with ISO standards for Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality.
* Acting as the Document Owner for key Health & Safety documents within the AMS.
* Collaborating with SHEQ discipline leads, construction teams, and external stakeholders to align best practices.
* Handling AMS feedback logs, ensuring concerns are addressed and improvements are implemented.
* Supporting and coaching Alliance personnel on SHEQ management system processes.
* Managing communications for SHEQ updates, Toolbox Talks (TBTs), and Best Practice Alerts.
* Facilitating access to AMS for Tier 2 suppliers and troubleshooting system issues.
What do you need to succeed?
* Experience in construction or utilities with a focus on Health & Safety, Environment, or Quality.
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential).
* Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or working towards).
* Graduate membership of IOSH (Grad IOSH) (essential).
* Working towards Chartered IOSH status (CMIOSH) (desirable).
* CSCS Safety Professional card (desirable).
* Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
