Recruitment Consultant - Legal Division

To support the launch of their new Legal Division, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in their Legal Division, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and managing a portfolio of clients in the legal sector, including law firms, in-house legal teams, and corporate clients across the north west.
2. Proactively sourcing and screening high-caliber legal candidates, including solicitors, barristers, paralegals, and legal executives
3. Conducting in-depth candidate interviews to thoroughly understand their specialist area of law, skills, experience, and career goals
4. Matching the right candidates to the most suitable job opportunities
5. Providing a consultative, customer-focused service to both clients and candidates
6. Maintaining an extensive network of legal professionals and expanding this network through active business development
7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
8. Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant, within the legal private practice sector
9. Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and placing high-caliber legal professionals
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
11. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
12. Resilience, determination, and a proactive, target-driven approach
13. Knowledge of the local legal market in Warrington and the surrounding areas
14. Legal industry-standard qualifications (desirable but not necessary)
