Are you passionate about marketing and looking to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment? We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our recruitment agency in creating engaging content, building our brand, and driving growth.
At InterEx, we believe that marketing is key to standing out in the competitive world of recruitment. You’ll be working alongside our current marketing and graphics teams to develop creative campaigns, manage social media, and help us tell our story in the most impactful way.
Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Assist in developing and scheduling social media content, blog posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
* Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
* Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and analyzing results.
* Brand Awareness: Work on initiatives to boost our online presence, including market research and competitor analysis.
* Administrative Support: Manage marketing databases, reports, and assist with general team support where needed.
* Copywriting for social media, website and external company brochures/marketing materials
* Collaborating with sales, TA, HR, Operations and other internal departments to develop and execute marketing plans
* Experience with Bullhorn is a benefit but not a must
About You:

* Digital Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).

* Driven to Learn: Eager to develop your marketing skills in a role with room to grow.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing (or equivalent work experience)
* Ideally you have worked in Recruitment Marketing or a Sales Business prior
* Experience with social media management, email marketing and content creation
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
