We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology with a proven track record of managing large complex projects and programmes, including influencing and challenging stakeholders up to C-suite level. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead, inspire, and deliver distinctive outcomes in line with PwC's Evolved Professional Framework.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll join our growing project management community and you will lead projects and programmes to deliver high value. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the architecting and delivery of transformational projects within PwC, developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
2. Managing internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
3. Financial management of the budget and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
4. Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
5. Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting escalations to leadership as required.
6. Provide leadership, direction and coaching to project teams whilst fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
This Role Is For You If
1. You have proven extensive experience in Technology and have expert knowledge of project management tools and techniques and keep abreast of industry best practices.
2. Demonstrated success in delivering large scale successful projects and proven experience in managing a programme.
3. Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and programmes.
4. Strong understanding and application of project management methodologies and tools.
5. Clear leadership qualities, working proactively with others towards a common goal with the ability to navigate internal and external hurdles through change and risk.
6. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
7. Strong organisational skills.
