As a Talent Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process and help both the team and the business raise the recruitment bar. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and drive strategic hiring solutions that ensure we attract and hire the best talent.
What You'll Do
1. Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
2. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
3. Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive networking.
4. Influence hiring decisions using market insights and data, ensuring the best talent is brought into the business.
5. Drive a customer-first approach, creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
6. Champion diversity and skills-based hiring, ensuring an inclusive and innovative recruitment process.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging automation and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience recruiting across finance, HR, legal, corporate strategy, project management at all levels across the UK and US.
2. Flexibility - happy to jump in and support colleagues when needed.

4. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, influencing senior leaders with confidence.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of going into the Belfast office once per week. Please note, the role is a 12 month fixed term contract, but anything could happen within a year so don't let that stop you!
