Job summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our service as a Senior Associate Educator, working alongside the Practice Development Nurses and Clinical Education Team. In this role, you will support Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) in undertaking and completing their Care Certificates Main duties of the job -maintaining comprehensive written and verbal reports on HCA progress using digital technology including Excel, -ensuring clear and effective communication with patients, staff, and relatives, a -providing concise handovers to both the education team and registered nurses. - You will report on accidents and incidents, contribute to team meetings, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. - Additionally, you will be involved in data collection for audits and reports, and actively participate in the development and review of policies related to HCAs. -This position requires excellent communication skills, adaptability to service changes, and adherence to mandatory training and Trust policies. You will -work closely with other Senior Associate Educators and Practice Development Nurses to deliver effective training sessions, ensuring all materials and information are accurately communicated and utilised.
