Location: Yeovil
Duration: 6 month contract
Rate: £23ph UMB (Inside IR35)
Role profile:
Our client, a world leader in the design, manufacture, and support of helicopters, is seeking a Configuration Management Co-ordinator to join their UK team. This is a 6-month contract role based in Yeovil, with a focus on supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring a standardized approach across various products and programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creation of documentation from source data provided by multiple stakeholders to support intercompany meetings and document outcomes.
2. Scheduling meetings, ensuring attendance, communication links, and facilities are correct.
3. Updating and maintaining reports using various means of source data.
4. Collaborating with the Configuration Management (CM) Manager to update processes, ensuring accurate information is available to the wider business.
5. Collation of information to create and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluate organizational performance.
6. Implementing corrective/preventative actions within the scope of accountabilities.
7. Creation and maintenance of the departmental electronic filing system.
Job Requirements
8. Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
10. Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages.
