Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new role around Epsom? Are you interested in working for Europe's leading dealership for this particular brand?
The purpose of this role is to drive the standard in customer care and to achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of consultative solution selling to internal and external customers. You will also maintain comprehensive, detailed, and timely records.
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for receiving and processing telephone and Internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively, and providing a smooth integration with other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and processing telephone & Internet orders.
2. Managing customer accounts effectively.
3. Integrating with other internal departments.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Parts Advisor.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Customer-facing and selling experience.
4. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
