Seaport Global Holdings LLC seeks a full-time Operations Associate to join our Operations team based in our London office. This position will appeal to a pro-active, detail oriented person with strong problem-solving skills, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Please note, this is a hybrid role, working from home two days a week. We are also seeking an individual with an immediate start (due to a key member of the team transferring internally). Responsibilities: Post trade operation functions such as confirming trades, ensuring all trades are matched for settlement, utilising platforms such as CTM - both bonds and equities Resolution of trade-related queries from clients and counterparties Maintaining static data in trade booking/settlement systems and assist desk in booking trades Liaising with settlement agents, compliance, finance team and senior management on issues and queries Assist with ad-hoc projects, admin tasks and day to day running of the office Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience from an investment management, bank or another financial services firm Ideally some previous work experience in a middle office function Attention to detail; ability work efficiently and flexibly Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn on the job and build relationships and trust across the firm and with external stakeholders Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, familiarity with Bloomberg and trade booking systems is a plus but not a requirement Careers page.
