If you have a proven background in administration, are keen to get stuck in and enjoy working in a collaborative manner, then this is the opportunity for you We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our International Team on a full-time, permanent basis to be based at our leading client site of M&S in Bradford. The team may be small but is an important part of the operation. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating international loads ready for dispatch, ensuring the timely dispatch of international containers and trailers, using multiple systems and working with several internal departments. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract position where you’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Pay, benefits, and more: You’ll be paid a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day: Advance coordination with the customer and excise team to ensure the compliant dispatch of stock Support and/or manage bespoke VAS for individual accounts Scan pallets picked for dispatch, consolidate pallets, and finalize loads, build containers/trailers Raise IFOS discrepancies to senior managers and manage drivers arriving onsite Daily operational checks and report generation, review of forecasts and create international documentation What you need to succeed at GXO: Strong administration skills: MS Office is essential Excellent organisational skills Willingness to learn and be part of a team A commitment to producing accurate work, to a high standard, within set timescales We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
