The company is based in the centre of town, providing excellent public transport routes for candidates who potentially do not drive.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 to 13:00.
The salary will be reviewed after completion of training, which could be as early as 3 months.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Support general customer enquiries over the phone and via email
* Arrange and confirm bookings with customers
* Co-ordinate bookings in the booking system
* Process hire extensions
* Co-ordinate the hire of loan vehicles
* General manual and electronic record-keeping
* Ad hoc management reporting
* General office administration, including emailing, filing and photocopying

* IT literate
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation
