* Answering telephone calls calmly and professionally
* Working with a busy MD on anything from high level tender documents/timeline-driven paperwork, to arranging flights/hotels and multiple travel plans at short notice
* Meet and greet visitors to Head Office premises
* General administration duties
* Highly proactive and responsive diary management
* Organising and planning internal and external meetings and seminars, to include coordinating agendas and papers
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, including the acquisition of visas or other associated travel documentation.
* Ad hoc duties within Generator Power
* Tender submissions for the MD working to tight deadlines
* Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the entire Generator Power Group of Companies.
* Treat all other employees and all our customers professionally and with respect.
* To undertake any such reasonable additional tasks as are deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
Property Management
1. Manage the portfolio of properties for the MD. Other holiday or residential letting agencies, on listing sites.
