We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and well-organised individual to join our Buckinghamshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Single Point of Access team. This is an administrative role where you'll be working alongside administrative and clinical staff, processing referrals, dealing with confidential and sensitive information, taking calls and formatting and sending correspondence to young people and families across Buckinghamshire.Main duties of the job SPA serves as the "front door" to Buckinghamshire CAMHS, so you will have excellent communication skills to liaise with parents, professionals and young people about incoming referrals. We are passionate about delivering high quality, timely treatment and advice to young people and their families. You will gather and input data from new referrals in order to support SPA to continue to deliver and improve this care. The team receives, at times, a high volume of requests and referrals, so a successful candidate will be solution-focused, calm, kind and responsible, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook and MS Teams. You will work from our office at the Sue Nichols Centre in Aylesbury.
