Job Title: Business Development Manager - Security Systems
Industry Sector: Time Management, Clock Systems, Bell Systems, Access Control, Electrical Products, Security Systems, Fire & Security, HVAC
Area to be covered: M4 Corridor (West London to Bristol, up to Birmingham)
Remuneration: £35,000 neg + 4% of all sales uncapped commission + additional bonuses

Role Overview:
1. Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of high-quality clock, bell, PA & lockdown systems.
2. Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to end users, primarily in the education sector, with additional sales to commercial premises, logistics hubs, warehousing, and railways.
3. The remaining time will be spent managing key distribution partners & selling to contractors such as fire, security, and IT networking companies.
4. You will be a player manager, expected to manage key accounts and support generating new business.
Ideal Applicant:
1. Must have construction sales experience in the construction industry.
2. Ideally sold a technically related solution such as electrical products, access control, security systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, and similar.
3. Ideally some CAD & CRM software experience.
4. Stable career track record and not a 'job hopper'.
5. Results-oriented, energetic, autonomous, enthusiastic.
