The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
* Drive new business development and secure long-term partnerships
* Work across various industries including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-Road sectors
* Plan and organise your own sales pipeline and daily work schedule
* Deliver tailored sales presentations to potential customers
* Meet and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (industry experience desirable)
* Proven ability to win new business & maintain client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness & negotiation skills
* Resilient, self-motivated & results-driven personality
* IT literate – Comfortable using CRM & sales tracking tools
