What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the full front-of-house operation in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Leading and motivating a team to deliver next-level service and energy every single shift
Being the face of the venue—approachable, hands-on, and always guest-focused
Working closely with the GM and kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly
Supporting with recruitment, rotas, training, team development and service standards
Managing floor operations, handling customer feedback, and keeping the vibes strong You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have previous experience managing a busy restaurant, QSR, or premium casual dining venue
Are a confident leader with a people-first approach and a hands-on style
Thrive in high-energy environments and love leading from the front
