About the Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to delivery. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. The role involves both office-based work and frequent travel across the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus on new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical and operational requirements.
2. Conduct on-site visits and cutting trials to demonstrate equipment capabilities.
3. Work closely with internal teams to implement business strategies and drive sales growth.
4. Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
5. Maintain accurate records and manage a CRM database effectively.
6. Travel extensively within the UK & Ireland, with occasional overnight stays as required.
