WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the luxury hotel market and working at our 5 resort you will ensure that standards are maintained and the highest level of cleanliness. In this role you will also be responsible for supervising and motivating your team, directing them to ensure consistent standards and outstanding productivity is always achieved. WHAT YOU’LL DO … It will be your responsibility to ensure that all areas allocated to you represent a 5 standard to ensure guest satisfaction.? The ideal Public Area Shift leader will be a good communicator, have good levels of written and spoken English, a strong team spirit, be able to lead by example and can work well under pressure. Attention to detail, passion for the industry and being proud of your achievements is equally important.? Experience in a similar role / establishment and knowledge of Opera (computer system) would be most advantageous.
