We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on both Performance and Retail Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and optimize in-store experiences to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Performance Marketing
* Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, CTR, and ROI, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
* Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to determine the most effective strategies.
* Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Retail Marketing
* Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and in-store sales.
* Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product displays.
* Plan and manage in-store promotions, events, and experiential marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
* Collaborate with retail partners to implement joint marketing campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
* Analyze in-store customer behavior and sales data to inform marketing strategies and improve the retail experience.
Content & Brand Management
* Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
* Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing materials.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
* Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer engagement.
* Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance and retail marketing.
* Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
* Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.
