Parts Advisor Job Watford 29k 34k ote company benefits The ideal Parts Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong organisational ability, and proficiency in using a parts look up system to maintain accurate records. Duties of the successful Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant : Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts enquiries and needs. Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Process orders, and maintain accurate records of transactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues that may arise. Experience required for the Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant : Previous experience in a parts advisory or similar role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Hours of the Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant : Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 5 Saturdays 8.30 – 4.00.
