Job Description
The Technical Restoration Specialist - Infrastructure will be responsible for managing and resolving critical incidents, ensuring successful technical closure and meeting contractual customer SLAs and internal KPIs.
* Manage end-to-end incident resolution, communication, escalation, investigation, and declaration.
* Ensure timely and quality business and customer updates, arranging discussions as needed.
* Oversee the major incident management process and team members.
* Drive incident resolution through support engagement and coordination.
* Document and communicate incident status, impact, and actions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

* Technical understanding of infrastructure (Networks, Firewalls, Proxies, Servers, etc.).
* ITIL certification to foundation level & ITIL Incident/Problem Practitioner.
* Extensive experience in the IT industry.
* Ability to work in a 24X7 shift model.
