We are representing a global Pharma business who have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Director of Human Resources on a 6-month FTC.
You will be responsible for driving the strategic HR agenda; people processes, programs and initiatives. Developing creative HR and Business strategies and outcomes to enhance employee and business performance.
The role will develop and deliver value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including;

* Organisation design
* Capability development

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, effective communication skills, have extensive project management experience coupled with creative problem solving skills and Team Leadership ability.
