Requirements:
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will become an expert in Qyrus’ capabilities, architecture, and customer value. This customer-facing role requires someone who can evangelize Qyrus, drive adoption, and ensure customer success by aligning the product’s capabilities with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Success and Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them implement, configure, and maximize the value of Qyrus for their specific business needs. Evangelize Qyrus by demonstrating its unique value proposition in client engagements, webinars, and other forums. Collaborate with customer success teams to proactively address client needs and ensure they derive maximum value from the product.
2. Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Qyrus, including its features, use cases, and technical architecture. Understand the underlying Java Spring Boot-based microservices stack, AWS infrastructure, and how Qyrus integrates with modern apps, including those running on SAP.
3. Strategic Test Leadership: Design comprehensive test strategies for clients, leveraging Qyrus’s capabilities to address diverse testing needs. Provide technical guidance on digital testing, test automation, test data management, and performance testing.
4. Technical Problem Solving: Understand VPN technologies and how they impact cloud-hosted solutions like Qyrus when connecting to applications running behind client firewalls. Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges involving client infrastructure and Qyrus.
5. AI Advocacy: Champion the use of AI-driven testing solutions, identifying opportunities to innovate and expand Qyrus impact in client environments. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineering, product management, and sales teams to ensure seamless alignment of product features with client requirements.
6. Stay current with advancements in digital testing, cloud technologies (especially AWS), AI in testing, and SAP solutions.
Requirements
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: 4-7 years of experience in test automation, digital testing, or related roles, with a focus on customer-facing responsibilities typically involving digital technologies running on modern stack and enterprise packaged applications.
3. Technical Skills: Expertise in test strategy design, test automation tools, and frameworks. Knowledge of test data management and performance testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and modern app architectures (microservices, APIs). Understanding of VPN technologies and troubleshooting challenges with cloud apps connecting to on-premises systems. Knowledge of SAP and its testing requirements (preferred).
4. Proven ability to work directly with clients to drive product adoption and ensure success. Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate Qyrus’s value to diverse audiences.
5. Passion for AI-driven application development and testing solutions.
