We will help you develop all the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to give our customers our valued VIP service, whilst also providing the support and structure to obtain a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification. What will you do in this role? Respond to all post travel communication from our customers mainly by phone and also in writing Fully Investigate with internal departments and 3rd party suppliers any complaints received from our customers Use investigations to be able to create a well-structured, informed and accurate response by phone or email Provide a personal service to every customer and ensure that each response is resolved in a timely manner, first time Handle feedback from our customers, ensuring all communication is answered using your excellent written and verbal communication skills You will deal with the concerns of our customers, always aiming to respond with care and consideration to deliver our VIP customer service Have the ability to recognise where we can improve the customer journey What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have? GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above Highly numerate with strong attention to detail Strong IT skills Excellent Written and verbal communication skills Passionate about delivering a VIP customer service experience to our customers, colleagues, and partners Effective listening Skills You cannot have any qualification that is in the same field at the same level or higher This role is available over a period of 18 months. During this time you will work Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30. As an Apprentice with us you’ll be fully supported to achieve a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification by the end of your first 12 months at Jet2holidays. You will also know how to deliver our award-winning VIP Customer Service to all our customers, understand our Company Values as well as understanding the regulatory requirements that we work towards The requirement for this role is that you will work from your home, however it also has the requirement to attend our busy Head Office based in Leeds (LS11 9AW).
