About the role:
Are you a passionate Early Years Teacher looking to make a significant impact in a supportive and vibrant school environment? As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that foster a love of learning while ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. Working alongside a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will have the support you need to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Application Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant early years teaching experience.
2. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to the development of young children.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
4. An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and its application in the classroom.
5. Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and creativity.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
5. Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
