We’re looking for a dedicated Production & Fulfilment Coordinator to manage laser cutting, custom engraving, packaging (including gift wrapping), and shipping operations with precision and care. Role Overview As our Production & Fulfilment Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting, personalising, and delivering our world-class products to our customers all over the globe. From operating our laser cutting and engraving machines to packaging items securely and ensuring timely dispatch, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll help bring our innovative products to life and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please note: This is an on-site role based at our new, modern, Burwell warehouse and HQ, which is just 10 minutes from both Newmarket and Cambridge. It offers a salary banding of £20,000 to £25,000, reflective of your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Laser Cutting & Engraving Operate and maintain laser cutting and engraving machines to produce and customise acrylic display solutions. Interpret design files to ensure accurate product creation and customisation. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet Display Champ’s high standards. Troubleshoot minor issues with machinery to minimise downtime. Production and Assembly Assemble (not manufacture) products with attention to detail, ensuring a flawless finish. Follow product specifications and templates to maintain consistency and quality. Collaborate with the team to improve production workflows and efficiency. Packaging & Shipping Prepare and pack orders with precision, ensuring items are secure for transit. Use warehouse systems to pick, label, and dispatch products accurately and efficiently. Track and monitor shipping schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Warehouse Organisation Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace. Manage stock levels of raw materials and notify supervisors of low inventory. Assist in receiving deliveries and storing inventory properly. About You Must-Haves Technical Aptitude: Experience using machinery, such as laser cutters or similar equipment, or the willingness and ability to learn quickly. Attention to Detail: You take pride in producing high-quality work and can spot imperfections. Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team environment. Physicality: Comfortable with manual tasks, such as lifting and moving materials. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and maintain a clean workspace. Desirable Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing. Familiarity with design files (Adobe Illustrator, LightBurn) for laser cutting.
