We are looking to offer a People Services Coordinator the opportunity to join our expanding People Services team based in Stevenage, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As we have a few positions available, we will be looking to hold an assessment centre for the role.
About the team
This role forms part of the energetic People Services team, one part of the wider People team, in an ever-growing business. The team is made up of 23 which includes a team of Payroll specialists and Transactional coordinators, who work alongside this role in providing services to around 11,000 colleagues. There is lots of change and plenty of things to fix with a real opportunity to make an impact.

As the People Services Coordinator you will assist with various HR activities, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.

As the People Services Coordinator, you’ll get the opportunity to:
* Be first line of phone support for employee queries representing the People Services Team
* Respond promptly and professionally to employee requests through our CRM tool
* Be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to policy, procedure, payroll and general information
* Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while handling all data, in line with relevant legislation
* Maintain accurate data regarding the full employee lifecycle from our applicant tracking system to our Core HR system and third party systems
* Suggest process improvements and enhancements to positively affect process and efficiency of the People Services team
* Occasional project work
What you’ll bring?
* Previous administration experience
* Experience within a HR role would be advantageous but we are open to people who are keen to progress in HR
* You will be someone with excellent attention to detail
* The role will have interactions with all employees across the business so you will have great customer service skills
* You'll be highly organised and able to prioritise workload and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment
