French speaking Export Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £24,000 per annum

Main duties:
1. Be responsible for all enquiries via phone and email responding in a timely manner.
2. Manage order processing ensuring all is recorded accurately.
3. Support the sales team by providing product and order information.
4. Arrange shipments.
5. Resolve and respond to customer enquiries.
6. Liaise with internal departments as needed.
7. Maintain all export documentation.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in French essential.
2. Customer service / export administration experience beneficial.
3. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. IT literate with MS Office.
