Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs. Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment. Prepare learning materials and resources. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they achieve their potential. Requirements: A positive attitude and a passion for working with young people. Good communication and interpersonal skills. No prior experience required; training will be provided. A relevant qualification (desirable but not essential). Cover Supervisors Responsibilities: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment. Support students with their learning activities as needed. Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure continuity of education. Requirements: Strong organisational and classroom management skills. Confidence in managing groups of students. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential. A degree or relevant qualification (desirable but not essential). Qualified Teachers Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all students. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching and managing a classroom.
