Maxwell Bond Sustainability are currently looking for an experienced HV Jointer to join our client who are growing their team up in Scotland's central belt.
They are a well respected, employee owned company who provide to 30% of the UK's onshore wind farms and are growing rapidly.

What is expected of a HV Jointer?
* To carry out HV cable jointing and terminations on 11 kV and 33 kV (Experience on higher voltages desirable but not essential)
* To carry out earthing and cable installations
* To help electricians and other trades on larger installations
* Being able to take the role as Installation lead on projects, reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager
* Mentoring and coaching less experienced staff and apprentices in developing their knowledge and skills
* Assist with site breakdowns and investigative procedures
* Carry out work in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
* Act as a competent person to receive safety documentation
* Take personal ownership and responsibility of any company property entrusted to you
* Contribute to the future success of Powersystems UK and its clients
* Proactively look at ways to enhance the service offered by the business, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of company processes
