We are looking to appoint an administrative assistant to coordinate and support the management of our research governance and ethics processes.
You will be responsible for coordinating the review of research ethics applications and the university’s process for appointment of Professors and and Honorary Researchers and providing administrative support to a number of research-related university committees. You will work report to and work closely with the Director of Research including supporting the implementation of the export control policy.
You will be educated to A level (or equivalent level 3 qualification) with GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 4 or above. You will have a proven track record of providing administrative support to research activities, experience of developing and deploying administrative processes to enhance customer service, and dealing with sensitive material and topics in a professional manner.
