Drive meaningful change in this hands-on HR Advisor role. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, delivering a seamless employee experience across the full HR lifecycle - from recruitment and retention to performance management, employee relations and talent development.
Working closely with managers and employees, you’ll provide expert guidance on HR policies, complex employee relations matters and workforce planning. With a strong focus on people, you’ll also play a key role in supporting offshore teams, ensuring they remain engaged, well-structured and fully resourced.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with managers and employees, delivering a professional and value-add HR service.
* Handling complex employee relations cases, advising on disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
* Managing offshore workforce planning, ensuring manning levels meet operational needs.
* Overseeing recruitment and selection for offshore roles, working with hiring managers and agencies.
* Ensuring payroll accuracy, supporting monthly reporting and compliance.
* Driving HR projects, policy development and process improvements aligned with UK employment legislation.
