Let’s grow together … What you’ll be doing Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions to elicit and prioritize requirements, validate assumptions, and define project scope and objectives. Define end-to-end user journeys, and workflows for data driven requirements, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, data engineers, developers, and product owners, to gather and analyse requirements, identify business needs, and translate them into actionable insights and user stories. Conduct comprehensive data profiling to evaluate the quality, structure, and integrity of the data. This will ensure that the extracted data aligns with business requirements and supports accurate, data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, process and data flows to facilitate clear communication and alignment among cross-functional teams. Work closely with data engineers and architects to understand data sources, structures, and integration points, and to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. About You What you’ll bring to the team Experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related technical field. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in managing and analysing large datasets. Familiarity with data modelling/mapping techniques. Previous experience using applications such as Azure DevOps/JIRA would be advantageous Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, would be advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications in data analytics or business analysis are advantageous.
