We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation in Edinburgh for a HR Assistant to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR, supporting key functions across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising and onboarding.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
* Provide first-line support on HR policies and procedures.
* Assist with payroll processing and training coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least one year of HR administration experience.
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
* Proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
