The position is a full-time role within our Village Hall Team which will mainly involve communicating with our charity clients and insurers by telephone, email, and letter about new and existing policies and any claims that arise. From time to time, there may be the opportunity to visit clients face to face, as well as representing the company at charity conferences and workshops.
Skills:
1. At least 1 year within commercial insurance
2. A confident telephone manner
3. Good literacy and numeracy skills with attention to detail
4. A strong customer focus with a friendly and approachable attitude
5. Able to use own initiative but work as part of a team
6. Exemplary customer service is our priority
7. Some other admin type work and general office duties will also be required

1. Starting salary £27,000 minimum (negotiable dependent on experience)
