About the role
As a Transformation PMO - Change Delivery Partner you will provide change expertise and guidance to support teams within ET (Electricity Transmission) to successfully shape and define change activities to resolve business challenges and problems to help deliver our performance contract. Based on your expertise you will guide and hands on support to teams to effectively deliver a portfolio of change, from definition through to delivery, governance and benefit realisation.
Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for the quality of PMO delivery that is provided to programmes and projects as part of the ET Transformation team through a customer centric culture.
2. Actively supports building programme, project, change, continuous improvement and PMO capability within ET, through development of tools, methods and sharing of best practice.
3. Supporting/ providing PMO activities within programmes and projects in the ET Transformation portfolio: benefits management, scoping, scheduling & planning, programme & project governance, programme & project financial management, RAID management and resource management based on the programme and change management framework (working to key principles of the BMS standard and framework).
Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How
Interpersonal, Supervisory or Management
4. Can demonstrate practical problem solving, advanced communications skills with experience working with multiple stakeholders
5. Experience of working in dispersed, high performing and agile teams (team members working on numerous unrelated projects)
6. Shows leadership potential with a track record of delivering in change programmes
7. Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders from trainees to senior stakeholders
Technical or Specialist
8. Understands change delivery approaches, methodologies and frameworks
9. MS office skills – Advanced excel is a must
10. Is familiar with agile change management concepts
11. Practical experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Project Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Operating model design and implementation

What you'll get
A competitive salary circa £45,000 - £50,000 – dependent on capability
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
