Brackley Community Hospital is an inpatient facility based in the south of Northamptonshire which opened in March 2021. The ward is situated in a location with a wide range of services co-located, and therefore we need somebody who is open to new ways of working on the ward and developing strong links with other services and the wider community.
Please come and join our highly skilled, motivated and innovative team including medics, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, all ward-based to ensure that our patients receive the best possible individualised care in single rooms.
Brackley Community Hospital is one of five community hospitals within Northamptonshire that all work closely to share best practices and develop services for our local population.

* Assist the Ward Sister in managing a team of patients, supervision, and delegation to junior staff.
About us
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health, and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work, or in schools.
