We are looking for a General Assistant to be part of our Aftersales department, based in Hounslow BYD London Office, and will be required to travel. Main duties and responsibilities : Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements. Process and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff or handling them independently. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Maintain and organize filing systems (digital and/or physical) Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and restocking as necessary. Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks. Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action items are tracked. Manage travel logistics (if applicable). Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Required skills, qualifications and experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
