The Opportunity
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to support the delivery and checking of all project documentation - working on a Part-time basis.
Ideally 15 hours a week, we're relatively flexible when these hours are carried out. Ideally not just mornings but can be 10-2/11-3, 12-4 or even evenings dependent on what the candidate is ideally looking for?
6 months - This role has been deemed Inside IR35.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administration support within a busy document control team.
2. Achieve high standards of productivity and ensure that all documentation generation and checking meets cGMP requirements.
3. Ensure all documentation is generated in a timely manner to meet the production plan.
4. Generate batch documentation and labels required to produce all items in line with the production plan.
5. Complete and check the necessary calculations required on batch documents.
6. Confirm that information on batch documents and labels corresponds to master documents/formulations.
7. Complete any other administrative and clerical duties required under Good Manufacturing Practice.
8. Responsible for required activities necessary to meet the prescribed production schedule.
9. Ensure all documentation is readily available and prepared in time for the required production day.
10. Reliability of attendance/timekeeping.
11. Completion of ALL written records.
12. Training Compliance of ALL personnel (SOP's).
13. Contribution to and delivery of the team's work plan.
14. Undertake training as requested.
You Will Have the Following Qualifications & Experience
This role involves documentation production including batch numbers, therefore a high level of accuracy, clear documentation writing, and good IT skills are required.
The Setting for the Role
Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a pharmaceutical and chemical site. These can include noise, slips, trips and falls (high-gloss floors), mechanical hazards, extreme temperature and humidity, pressurized equipment, radiation, chemical, biological, explosive atmospheres, working at height, and confined spaces during cleaning maintenance and repair.
