Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join the dedicated team at this school. The successful candidate will support the learning and development of pupils, working closely with teachers to ensure all students have the opportunity to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons. Assist students with their learning, both individually and in small groups. Help to manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. Support pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to access the curriculum.
